Peace of Mind - Wedding Planning

Wedding planning through Peace of Mind Events is included only with our Desert Pavilion package. Their services include:

Three in-person meetings, including a site visit
Assistance with securing vendors
Creation of a detailed wedding-day timeline
Two hours of rehearsal coordination
Eight hours of on-site wedding-day coordination
Setup of fully assembled personal décor items

Additional planning support can also be arranged upon request.

What is not included?

Parking and transportation for events with more than 75 guests
Dinnerware and flatware dependent on catering package
Tablecloths, linens, and décor for tables are not included. Three table linens are provided for the gift table, guest book table, and dessert table only. We generally recommend couples rent their own linens and décor to match their wedding theme and color preferences.
Dance Floor - The Desert Pavilion has a natural dirt surface and does not include a dance floor. Guests are welcome to dance on the natural ground; however, if you prefer a traditional dance floor, one will need to be rented through an approved vendor.

Payment Schedule

Reserve your date

A signed contract and $2,000 deposit are required to reserve your date.

90 days before

50% of the remaining balance is due.

30 days before

The final balance is due.
