Is there a set arrival day or start day at the ranch?

No — guests check in every day of the week at White Stallion Ranch. Horseback riding

How much riding is available each day?

Five to seven hours of guided riding is offered six days a week across 3,000 acres of Sonoran Desert, including trails through Saguaro National Park. Sunday is always the horses’ day off.

What if I have never ridden a horse before?

Many guests experience their very first ride with us. We have horses suited for beginners and a program designed so everyone feels comfortable and learns at their own pace.

I am an experienced rider — will the program work for me?

Absolutely. We have horses and programs for every level including competitive riders. Popular options include Team Cattle Penning, All Day Rides, Half Day Rides, and Fast Rides with loping/cantering.

Will I ride the same trails every day?

No. Our trail network across 3,000 acres adjacent to Saguaro National Park is large enough that guests staying a full week will not repeat a single trail.

How many riders are in a group?

Slow scenic rides average seven to ten guests. Fast rides average five to eight guests. Groups are kept small for individual attention and a quality experience.
